Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) Final Rule
USDA Rural Development removed provisions relating to guaranteed loans under the REAP program to enhance program delivery and customer service to support a greater distribution of funds and to clarify processing and servicing provisions. This rule is effective on July 26, 2021. Interested parties may submit comments at https://www.regulations.gov by June 28, 2021.
